Have a Blessed Easter! Please click below for this month’s newsletter
We will be starting in-person worship on January 31st! This Sunday only we will be starting our service at 10:30 am rather than the normal 10am. This day will also be our annual Congregational meeting. The meeting will start right after our service (around 11:30am). A letter with information about this will be coming in the next few days. Also your Estimate of Giving Slip will be included with the letter. Please fill out and bring or mail to the church or get to Mary Johnson by January 24th, or as soon as possible. God’s Blessings on your day and hope to see you on January 31st!
The 2021 tithing envelopes are here. They are in your mailbox in the church. When you come to pick them up, if you see a neighbor or friends envelopes are still in their box, please take and deliver to them. The office is generally open on Tuesdays from 10-11. If you need to set up a different time to pick up please leave a message on the church answering machine.
Join us for Virtual Advent Services every Wednesday in December at 7:00 p.m. on either the FPC Vassar Members & Friends or the First Presbyterian Church Vassar Facebook pages. This brief devotional service will prepare our hearts and minds for the coming of our savior as we are reminded of the hope, peace, joy, and love that His birth brings to us.
Unfortunately we are having to cancel all in person services. With recommendations from Governor Whitmer and the Michigan Health Department, the Session has decided to cancel in person church services until further notice. We will once again be having online services as we have been offering them before. Please watch our Facebook page for the link each Sunday morning.
Thank you, Dan Johnson, Clerk of the Session
